The power to inspire others and why I work out

 

It's true most of the times actions speak louder than words. One of the key reasons I started this adventure was to lead by example. My goal is to show that small changes add up to big changes over time.

Whether you're hitting up a class and everyone shows up ready to work out, everyone benefits. We are who we surround ourselves with.

So the reasons why I work out...

1. The mental release, it really clears my mind of past and future stress and helps me focus more on the here and now.

2. The confidence booster, there's nothing like serious gains to make you feel great about yourself. Working out adds to my confidence levels in my everyday life.

3. The mental strength, when you work out, you flex more than just your physical muscles. "When I hit a wall in my workout and feel like I can't possibly keep going, but then I force myself to push past it, there's a radical shift in my mentality, I really start to question what else I'm capable of in other areas of my life. It's a game changer". That empowerment can translate to success outside of the gym, too. You learn so much about yourself, about discipline, about pushing your limits and about your capabilities when you train.

4. Health benefits and the ability to say yes to adventure. Without a strong foundation of health, fitness and wellness, the ability to do things we want most in life becomes more and more difficult. Don't miss out, allow yourself the power to choose what you do, rather than letting your health decide for you.

5. Being grateful, because the most important reason that really drives me to push past boundaries and sometimes just to shake off laziness is to think about all the people who would give absolutely anything to be able to move their bodies in a dynamic way, but can't for any number of reasons. That gratitude gets my ass moving in a flash.

6. It's also about testing yourself and show the people that never believed in you what your capable of. Don't be afraid of failure! Don't stop! Keep going and even if you fall down, rise up and devote yourself towards your goal and fight for what you really love doing. Create your own reality choosing your future, work on yourself and improve yourself. Believe! Believe! Believe! You can do it! Don't let Nobody steal your dream! Your the one! If you want to be great, not good, not second, you need change your mindset. Don't look down, look up at the sky, see you dreams and opportunities. Make your dream bigger than your reality. Fight for your purpose and vision yourself, Show to all the naysayers and all the haters what your capable of. You must have faith, judge not on occurring in appearance, don't judge your circumstances and the possibility of your future based on what you have now, NO! That's not the real reality! Your going from some hard times ? It is not come to stay it as come to PASS! No matter how bad it is, how bad it's gets! You going to MAKE IT! Yes talk to your self! I AM GOING TO MAKE IT!
